The doctors and nurses are great but the manager and billing no. I set up a payment plan with them and for some reason they still sent the account to collections. The office manager doesn’t call back or answer calls unless I call repeatedly. Still no update on them correcting this. Seems not to be very important to them to cause such a big hassles for their patients.
I called to schedule my daughter an appointment as this is the most recommended pediatrician in our new area. Confirmed via my insurance and their website that they accept her. The girl on the phone put me on hold after confirming they were accepting new patients and then came back so say “wait what insurance does she have?” And then said they actually weren’t accepting Medicaid kids specifically and hung up on me.
