All of the negative reviews for this company are accurate. This company overpromises and underdelivers. Once your stuff is in their possession you have no control. It’s taken almost 3 weeks for my stuff to be delivered from NYC to NJ! 3 weeks. I could’ve moved the stuff myself for that amount of time! Do not, use this company just because of the price, it’s not worth the headache and going without your belongings not knowing if they are safe and secure or in one piece. This is a horrible experience with this company. My bf picked it online based on rating. They finally showed up the next day at 11:30 am. The truck stayed on street until 1pm until they decided to start moving. The manager whose drivers called him boss tried to extend time and charged us $169 per an hour doing nothing. We called sachs moving , they gave us an estimate over the phone, mistake. Little did we know we would get a subcontracted company Best Price Moving and Storage. They did not show up when they said, in fact it was more than a day late. Never showed up until 7:30 on a Friday night. We had to find someone to stay at our house so we could drive 34 hours to make it to work on Monday. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! Please BEWARE when considering Sach's Moving, and if you read nothing past this sentence, do yourself a HUGE favor and choose a different moving company! Note that this review represents solely my opinion based on my experience. WORST COMPANY EVER. Please, take these reviews seriously. I reiterate everything these other 1 star reviews say. Seriously, take your chance with someone else. Delivery was 1 day. Furinture was destoryed completely They put on a great sales face, but all of it is lies. They held my items hostage until you pay regards of your damages. it was different than my quoted price. After denying that we ever used Sach's Movers. Yesterday after I posted a negative review about the company on this site and google. The owner I believe his name is Sach called trying to buy me off to remove my negative review. How unethical is this owner and company. I denied the offer and I will not remove any of the reviews. I have to agree with the rest of the reviews. I thought the positive reviews were great so I went with this company only to find out they were inexperienced and the worst services we could receive. The movers were late, they broke items and they failed to communicate with us. We were kept in the dark throughout the whole moving process and when we unpacked we had items that were broken and we knew nothing about those items until the end of the move. I have moved many time, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Gouged me on price, missed delivery dates . WARNING WARNING WARNING!!! Choose better mover despite price. Regretfully I went with the cheaper movers and I paid for it in the long run.
The most unethical inexperienced moving service we ever had to deal with. They are unethical, we switch the price on you and have inexperienced movers working. I wish we didn't go eith this company because we paid the cost.
