I had trouble getting a company where I live. They were available. Big mistake. My daughter and I used this moving company and the company insisted on keeping my load overnight. Said it was too dark to unload. The movers got grease all over the carpet of the house I was leaving. That had to be cleaned. The company did not pay for it. They left the water on when they moved the washing machine flooding the upstairs. They said it wasn't their fault. Every review you read on here that is one star is correct. The positive ones have to be fake cause there is no way this company has ever been rated positive by a actual person who has used them!! In real life they are the worst moving company I have ever dealt with... EVER! I have moved across country three times and this was just a horrible experience from this unprofessional and scamming company of misfits. Horrible experience... - Arrived 2 hours late, left the job to go get 3rd mover so the didn't officially start moving until 9:30am, although I paid for a 7am start time. - One Mover walked off job because he didn't want to unhook washer and frustrated he couldn't mover the refrigerator out of kitchen. If I can rate them a 0 I would but that option was not there. I was moving into 640 FT. Wash. and decided to go with Sach's Moving. I thought I was in good hands despite the bad reviews they had but that all changed. This moving company was a complete scam. Beware, do not use them. I was told that I had a flat rate for my move and during the moving day after half of my stuff was in the truck they told me that it was by weight and not how many items I had and that I had to pay extra. It seem like Sach has an answer for everything. His poor service and his nasty attitude just provides excuses. Stay away from the company. He is a fraud and scam Artist. I know this first handily just from speaking to him and all the negative reviews. This owner is just full of lies, scams and he is out to take your money. I had a local move of one-bedroom apartment within 3 miles. It was my worst move ever, horrible!! I had the same move 6 months earlier by dumbo and it took 2.5 hour. With Sachs Movers it took 6 hours. The company owner named "Sach" is the meanest person I have ever come across. He kept calling the movers every 20 minutes and keep the one on the phone for 10 minutes to waste time and charge extra. Local move, Bronx to North Westchester. Bad from start to finish. We were overcharged for their inexperience, furniture ruined and 60 year old molding and refinished floors destroyed! Movers were 90 minutes late, the back door on the truck wouldn't open so everything was loaded and unloaded on the truck through a small side door. In my experience, all big furniture goes in first, not with these clowns! It looked like a mess. I cannot imagine how my 9 month experience with sachs moving could possibly be worse. The move was a complete debacle in which they ignored my telling them there were limitations to what size truck could get up my road, and the arrived two hours late in a huge truck, smashed into a tree limb on my neighbors property, blocked 5 houses from being able to get their cars out, then extricated the truck and parked a block away down a steep hill, then proceeded to carry everything they were moving all the way down the hill and when... read more

I thought Sach's Movers was an old trustworthy moving company. However, this is far from the truth. They are most unprofessional, rude, crooked movers I have ever experienced. I have moved across country several times and Sach's movers is the worst movers I have ever used. I was also told that I would have one month free storage. That was a lie also.
