Damaged furniture, twice the estimate and movers that I ended up having to help and were indignant at the fact that I didn't tip them enough. I moved a one bedroom apartment EIGHT BLOCKS and it cost me $750 dollars by the time the movers milked the clock. They give you an estimate, load your stuff on the truck, then you have to pay them based on how much time they think it'll take to finish. Absolutely horrible service. I was overcharged by about $400. I read the reviews here and ignored them since I already had my reservation made but I should have cancelled it even if it was the day before. The people in the office were absolutely horrible to me. Made me cry numerous times with their harsh words and yelling as well as lying about what my service was. For example, the woman in the office knew the time spent at my house by the movers. THE WORST EVER I'VE SEEN, cannot stress to you people looking at this what kind of crackhead thieves they have working here, they must wait outside the county jail to recruit the kind of lowlifes that came to my apt, move booked when I was out of town, and helped themselves to whatever they wanted...since I wasn't there. Sach moving owner is unethical and his business is fraudulent. Beware of doing business with him. He will steal your money and hold no accountability for it.
It took them over 3 hours to move only the large items from a very clean one bedroom apartment. They were so slow, that we helped them move boxes at a much faster pace than they were willing to do. The overall cost to move an hour away was over $1000, and they broke our glass table! We’re still dealing with their “customer service” about our table a month later. Beware company is a scam
The owner is a criminal. He stole from our family and he claims he is innocence. Please beware of this company especially the owner who is con artist. He stole money and never reimbursed my family for all the pain and suffering he caused us. Scam company and owner is very fraudulent.
WORST MOVING COMPANY ANY EVER!!!! If I could put negative stars I would!!! The move ended costing almost double the estimate. The movers damaged my furniture and walls. THEY STOLE MY ELECTRICS, admitted to it and never followed up to bring it back or replace it. They had me fill out a claim and then stopped returning my calls. THIEVES!!!!! So many better movers out there, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
STAY AWAY! The 2 movers they sent were out of shape and overweight. It took them 5.5 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment! They also did not put my bed together correctly. Not only that but they also stole my medication . When I reported this to the manager he acted like he didn't care and also defended their 9 hour move! When I told him I would be sure to leave a review on several of the sites he said, "You have fun with that." and hung up. Very unprofessional company. They are thieves.
Sach moving recently moved us out of state and the move was a nightmare from start to finish. First, the local agent seemed to be unable to handle basic business communication and they never followed-up with me -- if I left a message regarding dates for the move, I would have to call them back, they never called me. EVER. And then were five days past the set delivery time, so I ended up camping out in an empty house for 2 weeks.
