They damaged an expensive office desk (broke the leg); broke drawers, ripped the screen on the door (new home). They broke dishes, damaged door frames. When putting the back on a recliner the guy pushed it and it hit the wall and made a red streak across the wall. And much more broken items that can't be recalled today. The Worst Moving Company I've Ever Dealt With Not only were they never able to tell us a time and date for our delivery, when we bugged them to find out when it was happening and they gave us a date, they never showed up. The sales people were unresponsive once the deal was done. We also had to tell them 5 times what was being moved. We never got an accurate estimate or an actual weight for the shipment - even though you are charged by the pound. Avoid these guys. If I could give zero stars, I would because this was such an unbelievably unprofessional company. I was moving a 1 bedroom apartment and specified that it was only including the large items in my apartment that my boyfriend and I couldn’t do ourselves, since I lived on the 19th floor of a building. These items were a bed (which needed to be taken apart), dresser, nightstand, couch, lounge chair, entertainment unit, and table. Totally unreliable and unprofessional in every respect. Would not return phone calls when you need to know the whereabouts of your possessions. Said they would arrive at 10 am, came at 10:30 pm. Never bothered to call, we had to keep calling them. Mendacious when you need the truth. Took 3 days to deliver. Ran off before we could inventory. Among missing items are our family bible and other irreplaceable items as well as furniture and electronics. Went through our boxes when they had them for 3 days. If there was an option to use negative stars I would. On February I was moving from one apartment to another. And with the stress of moving and packing everything I feel if I choose to pay someone to help me then that stress should go away. And I'm very disappointed! My initial appoint was for 12-4pm but that was before I knew if I could get off work or not. The office people told me they could move at night, would dismount a tv, and quoted me a certain price. The next day on the confirmation call, the boss denied any of that was in the notes. Additionally, I was informed of numerous other charges including plastic wrap and tv boxes. Bait and switch. On the phone they were extremely good salesmen and knew exactly what to say. Be careful! I’m glad I fired them and found a much better company before they could hose me!

Don't ever use this company. Used them last week and they will steal your property, damage your property and tell their drivers to take off with your stuff if you don't pay them extra. They stole some of my jewelry and clothing. They tried to steal everything in my by telling me they wasn't giving me my property by trying to overcharge. Don't ever use this company. They need to be shut down. They are the worst.

Unacceptable company . Worst customer service. They lost, broke and damaged a lot of my belongings and no one has till date contacted me to apologise. All I got was a claim form in the mail. They charged a fortune for packing, but they never did the packing properly. Items were stolen and tags put on other items. Items came without being packed considering it was getting shipped from Washington to Texas. No one will ever contact you, you will have to chase them

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. They made me pay them before they unloaded and they refused to put the furniture back together. Many damaged and lost items. The owner Sach was terribly rude and refused to send someone back to put the things back together. Our belongings were supposed to arrive in 7 days, it took 24 days. Movers beware!!! They also raised the price on moving day by $750.00. New news!!! I finished unpacking my stuff and 2 crates of sterling silver jewelry with precious stones were stolen, also... read more
