When I contacted this company I told the person on the phone that the job was for a first floor condo and told her exactly the number of windows and sliding door panels needed to be cleaned. She told me that the cost would probably be the minimum charge of $99, but "the man doing the job will look at the job and quote the price before he begins the work." We had the lanai power washed . I though the original price quoted was too high, so they adjusted it down . They did a good job.
