We had a bad experience with Sabrina's in Tampa and when they were the only service provider listed for the villages I did not request a contact. Somehow even tho I did not request a contact they called. I reminded them of my previous experience of two damaged screens and a window blind broken. They promised better service this time and we did schedule. This time was better.
