serviceman was cranky. had to tell him he missed cleaning screen rails. he was not happy. he left bug spots on a couple of windows and did not wash pool bath door after I asked him to. complained that my dining room window had colonial slats. tried to be nice to him. gave him soda to help him stay cool. he did not smile once until he was leaving. will never use again!!!!!! He said he used rainex on exterior windows, but I don't believe it!!!! that is how untrustworthy he made me feel.
The representative that booked the service misrepresented what was included in the service. She gave the impression that tracks were included. The gentleman that did the work did a fabulous job and handled the issue in an appropriate professional manner. The woman representative did not however and in fact denied having made the promises that she did. Be cautious and discuss in detail what you want with the one performing the service. Overall I was very happy, and my windows look great!

While our original date got cancelled because of weather, when they did come (yes it was still raining) they did a fabulous job, also had them do some pressure washng and amazed at how well it turned out. Highly recommended.
