I was contacted by Sabrina's Window Cleaning through an unsolicited phone call, so I was somewhat leery about hiring them. But based on their excellent reviews on HomeAdvisor, the fact that my windows and sliding glass doors really needed to be cleaned, and the very reasonable price they quoted, I hired them. My tracks were cleaned on the outside but not inside the fixed slider. It was explained that this was their policy.
Did not clean up after work was completed. Once employee completed service I had to point out a few areas that needed attention.
The work was done quickly and well. The employee was courteous and went about his business expeditiously. HomeAdvisor did not transcribe my first name correctly. It is Katherine.
