They put some kind of rain protector on my windows. Every time it got condensation these weird streaks with drops would appear all over my windows and they would never dry up. I've had my windows cleaned for several years. First time with this company and first time with this strange problem. They called to see how my windows were and set another apt, I told them the issue she said it would be full price to clean them again. I kindly said no thank you... A new hire did not do a good job...though we have used them for over a decade...they are re-doing windows complementary...always great to work with. The new hire is no longer with them. The experienced men are outstanding!

Quick job only 1 1/2 hours but some windows they did were still dirty. They were friendly
worst window cleaning we ever have had done.
