They called immediately upon my inquiry. The technicians showed up on time, they were fast workers and friendly. My windows are smudgy. Not exactly what I wanted, but I did not realize it until the next day when the sun shown on them.

The young man did a good job. I was surprised that there could have been some extra charges that were not explained to me when I contracted with Sabrina's but fortunately there wasn't a need for them.
He rushed through the process and missed 2 bathron windows!

Gabriel was very thorough and careful (we are on second floor so a lot of ladder work). Arrived exactly when scheduled. Actual price escalated versus over the phone guesstimate but probably warranted as he assesses condition of windows and sills. Would hire him again.
