Two employees came to do the work. They were very nice and professional, and did a good job. It took them about 3 hrs. Of course the quote was more than I expected and I was not able to afford to have the Florida room windows done.

It was very bad, poor professionalism and poor customer service and would never use them again. Price was too high poor relations and poor customer service.
