Extreme attention to detail! I asked for more than 1 person to come as I have always had a problem with window companies sending 1 lone person for a house of my size and underestimating both the cost and time involved. They sent a team of 3 who came dressed professionally, worked efficiently and quietly as well as being courteous and thoughtful - I would certainly hire them for any type of service they offered that I needed!

The office booked another client during the time I was being serviced even though the office was advised that my job would be a lengthy one. As a result cleaner was in a hurry and upon my inspection cleaner had to clean several areas again which did not make me happy. Haste makes waste.
rates quoted are never the same as the asctual on site quote more like bait & switch I had the same problem with then a year ago. threw them out of the house
