They only clean the glass in the window (he told me the frame was not included...hard to believe!!!). Also, he told me they do not clean or wipe down a screen if it is not removable (mine were very easy to access by just standing there). I did not object to the price of $169 for 6 windows and a back Lani and a small front Lani, as I thought I was getting a complete cleaning... He was in and out in less than 100 minutes !!! He was polite.

The employee was not sure how to remove the calcium build up. Truly not a pro.. He tried I guess that counts for something
the staff sent to clean the windows were efficient, polite and very nice. I would hire them again without any doubts. thanks!
