Dr Sabbagh is really great, patient, thorough, explains everything. His office, however is utterly horrible, I've never seen anything like it. The waits are a minimum of one hour, up to 2 1/2 hours. The staff are rude and unprofessional, the waiting room is packed. The back desk is completely littered with stuff. I like the doc but not the office, honestly the worst I've ever seen.
The office staff is horrible, they can't seem to use a fax machine. Four tries now, and a lot of being put on hold. I don't know what is going to take. I have never seen such ineptitude.
Front desk is really rude Everytime you come in or call to ask questions. Doctor's take forever to see you wait well over an hour Everytime as well. Also they don't follow state requirements when we're in quarantine! Not following safety provocations.
While Dr Sabbagh has been marginally helpful the times I have seen him, the office staff really makes this practice horrendous. They are unfriendly, irritated if you disturb them with a question and cut you off when trying to answer a question. Every time I've been into the office the staff has looked like they stayed out too late the night before and could not bother with getting ready for work that morning, messy hair, grumpy, and too self important to be bothered.
Would never recommend. Had MRI and he had the results within 24 hrs. Three visits later I still did not have results from him though I asked every time.. Got a copy from where it was performed and found another Dr. Staff is horrible and rude. Dr. Sabbagh is a very nice person but not a good Dr. in my opinion.
Dr Sabbagh is ok it's his office staff that are HORRIBLE! Try getting a refill on a prescription. Pharmacy has called numerous times, I've called numerous times and still no refills. This is for a person in an AFC home and been without her meds for a week. Totally ridiculous. I personally would NEVER use this office for myself.
Dr Sabbagh is a terrible and neglectful neurologist. Wrote in my chart that my problems were psychological without performing any tests or knowing anything about me. I found another neurologist that actually took me seriously and I got a diagnosis for a very legitimate neurological disorder. Sabbagh tries to force multiple unnecessary medications and would get angry if you refused them.
He is terrific Neurologist, and a terrific person! He is without a doubt, the best doctor I have ever been associated with. Now, his office staff, that is something else altogether! But I deal with them, because he is worth it!!!
Extremely disorganized office. Extremely. Not digital, very messy, exceptionally rude staff. VERY VERY long waits.
