I feel I receive good care from Dr. Sabbagh. He answers any questions I have, explains my symptoms to me and what to expect as the Parkinson's Disease Progresses. He and staff are kind and for the most part, my wait time has not exceeded 30 minutes. Once time, I waited an hour and staff were most apologetic for the wait.
Wait times are always incredibly long at appointments. Sabbagh is condescending to my mother. She has mild to moderate dementia. She’s not uneducated nor does she have a low IQ, but he talks to her like she’s a child. Quite frankly, he’s not even as respectful to her as I would be to a child. He behaves as if he’s in a big hurry and doesn’t have time to thoroughly understand her concerns. We are currently looking for another neurologist.
Said they had a 15 minute window which I needed to utilize after being lost on a 2 hour drive to the doctor. I said I would be there exactly 15 minutes late and they told me that they would not take me that the 15 minute grace window didn’t apply to me because I was the last appointment of the day at 11:30am. They rescheduled me for five weeks out. Concerning this is an emergency situation and I already waited three weeks. That’s really not helpful. Dr. Sabbagh is rude and awful. He is only after your money. Plan on waiting an hour and a half or longer when you go see him he thinks your time is unimportant!Don't waist your time.
Dr. Sabbagh is good - I think. He's staff is terrible.

Dismissive, uncaring, and has awful staff. Save yourself the trouble and get a referral elsewhere.
I would Not recommend Dr Sabbagh to anyone. He Does not spend enough time with patients. He doesn't listen to understand. Receptionists and workers do not do their job. They are Always passing their work off on each other causing delays in patient care. And or important tasks for patients are not complete. I have been seeing him for 4 years and they still havent gotten my medical history from previous neurologist. Appointment personal do not give enough notice for appointment time. I actually have Multiple Sclerosis and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have been going to Dr. Sabbagh for 21 years. In my experience there have only been a handful of times that I had to wait long. He listens, has always answered my questions thoroughly and in a way that I understand. I have always felt that he is concerned and that he cares about me as a patient and a person. He is very knowledgeable and I trust his decisions. Dr. Sabbagh is an excellent neurologist and I am grateful that he is my doctor!
