My annual appointment with Dr Sabates was yesterday. The office is very professional, caring, and keeps you informed of what eye exams are next as part of appointment before seeing physician. This process allows Dr Sabates information before he sees patient along with his exam. He discusses any eye problems noted on exams and verifies test findings and answers any questions plus Informs if you need additional treatment or new prescription for glasses. Love the office in Independence, MO.
