Extremely clean and quite environment. I was never bothered by noisy neighbors. I was quite happy and comfortable.
This hasn't been the worst place, in fact when we first moved we really liked it here. Ever since new management has taken over none of our maintenance calls get answered and there is a huge roach problem..but calling to have the bug man come out doesn't get dealt with either. It's disgusting and it doesn't matter how clean we keep it because the buildings are probably infested. I understand that this is Florida, but if we pay for pest control then it should be handled when we want our apt. sprayed. It's a complete disappoin... read more
