we live here for two years and the new contract went up to $1,700 they are crazy this is ridiculous

RecommendedWe chose Sabal Palms because we like the location, a fair competitive price, nice distribution of the apartment, vinyl wood design floors, lake view, washer and dryer included in nice closet, walk in closet, ceiling fans, and we requested wood blinds and they were kind enough to include them to close the deal. Nice pool area and gym. Also, the trash valet service is convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
This was the easiest move in I have ever experienced!! Jarame was outstanding! Laid everything out on the table so clearly there could be no mistakes or miscommunication. Coming from an extremely bad situation at our last apartment complex, we were a little cautious about everything going like he said it would... but move in day came and everything was exactly how he said it would be and it was perfect!!! Very impressed with the overall feel of the property.
I’ve been a resident at Sabal Palm for 2 and a half years thus far. It’s truly felt like home and the first place I can say that for in quite some time. I enjoy the property overall, my unit, and the staff here.

I would suggest no one ever move here. Staff is very slow at getting back to you. I move out because the rent wasn’t worth the outdated apartment I was living in and I got way more for my money when I moved out. I paid a $1,200 deposit to move in and got $288 back. They took almost $700 out for the carpets they would of replaced regardless, there were a few small dirt spots from my kids but nothing that a normal carpet cleaning wouldn’t make new again.
