Very Nice place to live, but some days ago someone has given me to throw the garbage in front of my window.
I wish I could give it 0 stars! This place is terrible in so many aspects.
The apartment layouts are nice and spacious. But the price has just skyrocketed. When I came here two years ago my rent was $824 for a 1/1.. not too bad in carrollwood. The lady who leased to me was amazing. Catered to my every need. But now on my 2nd year they upped the rent my monthly rent is usually over 1k you have pet rent and water and pest and also valet trash for 25$ which you can't opt out of. Roach infested for over a month. Not a fan on how slow the work gets done. Almost two months for a dishwasher and the guy messed up the counter putting it in. With paying as much as I do the service needs to be better. Small complex and they act like they are too busy. What a joke
Every time I try to use the pool it's closed for maintenance and I get asked to leave. Need to prorate my rent since the pool is a joke.
I have seen some efforts from managements in terms of the facilities, but please do not trust or believe or use referral program, because it is a fraud. It does not matter if your are good at doing follow up. You will not receive response from the team. It is not just $50 bucks It is about respect.
