Good park, pool and very good tennis courts
Raquetball, Pickleball, Basketball, large slightly salt water pool, lit Tennis courts, gym, sauna, ping pong, pool tables, foosball table....lots of fun things to do.
I’ve lived in this quiet neighborhood since 2009. Recently retired I have the opportunity to enjoy the amenities. The area is kept clean and neat. I’ve had several contacts with the HOA office and always had a positive response. The staff plus maintenance is always friendly and helpful. I’ve asked for my door to be changed and it was done in a timely manner. My landscaping is always trimmed. Recently they contacted me to repair something I didn’t even know needed repair.
