This was my first pair of glasses, and I’ll admit I acted a bit dramatic when I picked them up - the nice lady was very patient while I questioned why anyone would want to see like this. She kindly explained I just needed time to adjust, and she was absolutely right. A week later, the difference is incredible. Dr. Chin is energetic, thorough and conscientious. He explains what he is thinking as he goes along. He actively works to develop a long-term relationship with clients. The staff are consistently cheerful, helpful and competent. They seem up-to-date and provide good value for the money.
