I've been seeing Dr. Mark Strudwick for several years now for what I found out is lower back L4L5 stenosis which affects my back, my hips, knees and legs. Mark was/is instrumental in helping address these issues.
Mark is a very knowledgeable and professional chiropractor. Had a good visit that helped. Also provided good tips on maintenance with stretches.
For five years I suffered with a sore knee, which a physiotherapist had diagnosed as arthritis. I had bought a large, heavy customized knee brace which didn’t seem to help. A friend persuaded me to see a chiropractor and this man said, “Hmm, there’s nothing wrong with your knee joint. I think it’s scar tissue.” After about ten minutes of painful massage it was cured.
Mark was so thorough, capable and friendly. Very impressed! Thank You!
