From the time you walk in, they have GREAT GREAT customer service !!! My doctor did an amazing job and I did not feel a thing!!!
The experience was well. The doctor was very thorough and nice. He explained to me that my wisdom teeth had caused severe damaged to my gum and the teeth right in front of it. He told me about each procedure and what needed to be done on both sides of my mouth. My wisdom teeth has caused me so much pain and it is hitting a nerve in my jaw that caused me to have an infection and swelling in my face. My experience was very good. The staff and dentist were extremely professionally. From my initial check-in, my consultation with the dentist, my extensive cleaning, and the check-out process was excellent. The staff is expedient, professional and warm. No complaints from me. Excellent dental care.

My first visit to preferred dental was very positive. The receptionist and all of the staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Even though my case is difficult, complex, and perplexing, the dentist offered me a reasonable solution to my problem. I would recommend Preferred Dental to anyone who is looking for a reasonable and honest answer to your dental needs.
It's never easy to undergo severe cleaning of the teeth and gums, especially when there is a large collection of food and tartar present, But the professional helped me get through it, squirming and all.
On Sunday, 6/9, one of my few remaining bottom teeth fell out. On Monday, 6/10, I showed up at Preferred in a panicked situation. Not only was the staff truly concerned but they sprang into action. The lab technician authorized the staff that an additional tooth could be added to my partial denture. an impression was made and with-in an hour & one half I had my tooth back!
