I got my filling done today. It was very painless. Dr. Shilpa Trivedi and her assistant Cynthia and Sheena were awesome. I normally gag when X Rays are taken but they worked with me. Hight Quality work and friendly service keeps me coming since 1992. Thank you:)
My services and experiences are always pleasurable at Preferred Dental Care. Waiting time is minimal, the staff are professional, friendly, and thus far services have been satisfactory. The facility is very clean and welcoming. Prior to visiting Preferred Dental, previous dentists stated I was not a candidate for invisalign treatment. Well that was obviously not true, because I now have straight teeth and a beautiful smile, thanks to Preferred Dental Care in Flushing New York.
The office was extremely clean and the service was exceptional - I really felt as if everyone I spoke with was genuinely concerned over my oral health. My 1st visit was a free consultation in which they did a thorough X-ray with detaiedl pictures!!! This was the most thorough consultation/exam I had received in years! Thank you!!!

Your dentist did a perfect job.
I love that they have 4 or 5 windows with privacy screens where you can sit and discuss your billing in private. From my experience a lot of doctors office's, other dental office's and the pharmacy do not provide the courteousy of privacy for their clients or customers and their information.
