I called in the morning requesting an immediate appointment because a crown had become unattached to my implant. Despite Dr. Trivedi having a very full schedule I was accommated and in short order she recemented the crown to my implant and I was on my way.
As usual, pdc flushing's staff continue to deliver friendly, professional and efficient service. My clean was painless, pleasant and thorough.
I'm so glad I found Preferred Dental. My previous dental places were a nightmare. At one place there was a 2 hour wait after your scheduled appointment. At the other place the secretary would always try to make me pay before I received my insurance statement. At Preferred Dental I don't experience any of that. Everyone enjoys their job and it shows in how they speak and in what they do. My prayers have been answered.
The wait was minimal. The diagnosis was quick. It was a productive visit. Thanks
I had the most gentle, friendly and pleasant cleaning ever! The dental assistant, Shreya and the Hygienist, Yineeta, treated me so well, made me so comfortable, I was completely happy to be there. My teeth and gums feel great afterwards .
