I was traveling through Birmingham and suddenly had a big problem that needed a simple solution. They we able to get me what I needed to get me back on the road quickly. Very friendly and helpful all around from the owner to the staff. I would definitely recommend them to anyone living in or passing through Birmingham with any tire or alignment needs. Well, to start with Saab Tire and Automotive has been in business for a little over 62 years. The technicians have been practicing their talents for a combined total of 228 years, 5 departments: tires, brakes, steering and suspension (which includes wheel alignment), oil changes and periodic maintenance, and 1 of the best automotive Master plus Mechanic in the country. Prices are fair, especially the quality of work day in and day out. What else do you need,
First time to use these guys, I was impressed. They addressed my concerns with the tire balance and alignment. They went beyond my requests to point out other potential sources of the issue. They showed me the balance numbers and the alignment numbers. They even invited me back to actually show me what they were looking at under my vehicle. My vehicle only has 7000 miles and is still under warranty. They did more in an hour than the dealership has done since October.

BAd business. They had my devious review removed. Their excuse to one of their employees running me off the road was that it was their son which has a disability. If so why are you guys letting him operate a motor vehicle? In addition to him running me off the road let 2 drive side tires caught flats. GEAT JOB! I’m sure you get a huge tax cut for him huh?
