We have only been in our home 13 months and have had issues from the moment we moved in. I hate to even write this review because I am NEVER one to give bad reviews unless I’m extremely bothered. We moved in January 29, 2025 and Richard has been a nightmare to work with and repeatedly ignored our texts and calls when needing things fixed on our brand new home that was still in warranty. My home’s square footage requires a 6+ ton AC system. S&S only put in a 5 ton AC system.
