My home’s square footage requires a 6+ ton AC system. S&S only put in a 5 ton AC system.

They are Awesome! As a Realtor I have sold many homes built by S & S. They build a very nice home that is affordable and they keep in touch with the buyers and agents all throughout the process. They are quick to make repairs and honor the builder warranty. I know them all and have volunteered with Devon Sullivan. Plus they have an amazing team: Wendy, Lori, Shae, and Alisa. Of course all the sub-contractors are wonderful too. They are all great to work with.
