Repairs were made in a timely manner with excellent handling of my appointment. Some repairs fell under warranty and were handled without any hesitation. Additional problems were identified during the work and immediately communicated with me for consideration and approval. Repairs were completed in the timeframe originally estimated.
I had a great experience with this shop repairing the front differential and transfer case on my Cadillac CT6. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They clearly explained the issue, kept me updated throughout the process, and completed the repair with excellent attention to detail. The car now runs and drives like new. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust with major repairs, but these guys delivered. Highly recommend.
