We love SG Pet Palace. Sage and Sunny go for play days and have sent a few nights too. We know they are safe, cool and well taken care off. ❤️❤️
I used to personally work as a groomer at SG Pet Palace. I have since looked into working as a groomer at other boarding facilities out of state. And let me tell you no boarding facility is as up to par as SG pet palace is. Knowing how this facility is run and how attentive the staff is to the dogs compared to everything else I've seen out there is amazing. Super people. They truly care about your pets. Our Sami loves to go to "The Spa." We have no worries about him while we are away.
Not really a 24/7 drop off place. They asked me when I wanted to drop my dog off but then no one was there. Then acted like it was my fault because they are only open from 8:30 -7
I've had to leave my girl Coconut for weeks at a time. I absolutely LOVE this place! She always comes home happy, she never fights to go in, and I completely trust the kindhearted staff. The first time I picked her up she dashed towards me, stopped dead in her tracks halfway, turned around, and ran back to the girl who brought her out. She propped her paws up on her knee as if to say "thank you!" and then ran full speed back to me. If that doesn't say something about this place, I don't know what does!
