The facility is nice. I'll give them that. They do have a nice fenced in security with easy access and cameras. However, over the time I have had my account with them I have had to reach out to them for communication about my account several times by phone or email. Many of these times I was blown off for days, or not called back, and only when I reached out angry over their lack of communication did I ever get any resolution. Ryders is a great place to store your RV! I have been here for years and appreciate the great customer service. They now have a device you can put in your RV called Storage defender. Its essentially a motion detection device. What peace of mind. Highly recommend.
