The manager Marc Johnson at this place is terribly unethical and seemingly racist. I came here to buy a semi truck. I spoke with Kaleb and he took my info, and asked if I was working with Pete Luongo (Ryder La Vergne Tn) and I said yes, so he called Marc Johnson who walked in without speaking, took a look at screen, removed Pete Luongo name from system. Mr. Stoker is a great salesman he did everything he said he would do. In the beginning we ran into some bumps with one truck but I was rectified by Mr. Stocker and his boss. Thanks again for all the help!!
I purchased a 26-foot box truck from this location, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The truck broke down within 20 minutes, and Ryder has refused to address the numerous issues. This lot, known as UTC, claims they start and drive every truck monthly to ensure they’re in working condition—but that’s simply not true. A Ryder mechanic even told me directly that they don’t follow this practice.
