I highly recommend Ryann for her pilates and barre class. I have been taking classes with Ryann for a number of years and she consistently challenges and motivates me to do better. Ryann always encourages attention to proper form which I find so important for injury free work outs. I have taken both in person classes with her for a number of years and also the virtual classes over this past year. Both are just fabulous and she is always prepared, on time, enthusiastic and just the best.
