He accused me of being rude although I was in a lot of pain and impatient. He accused me of demanding an appointment and made it my fault he had to squeeze me in. Urgent care said I needed to be seen. The receptionist fit me in. He looked at my x Ray but said I wasn't urgent and schedule an appointment with another Dr next week. He never did an examination of my arm.
First time there. When he walked into the room said what can I do for you today and did not introduce himself as the doctor. I did not know if he was a nurse or someone needing more information while the Dr was looking over the X-rays. He got upset when I looked at him puzzled and asked what do you mean? Who are you? Rolled his eyes at me at told me this is how I address all my patients and never had a problem until today.
