Dr. Price and his ENTIRE team was so helpful, patient, and informative. They made sure my very nervous 13 year old had every question answered. They reassured him and keep him informed every step of the way. So appreciative of such a great team.
With this being my grand daughter first time experiencing broken bones along with sensory issues and anxieties the staff used a super kids friendly way of explaining before proceeding, and slowed the process down allowing her to process everything with her sensory issues which helped to ease her anxieties and for her to trust and look forward to the appointments to come.
We never saw this doctor. The PA, Gillis Langston was rude, passive and condescending. We were there for my 9 year old son, seeking guidance for his knees, feet and ankles (he has a rare syndrome that affects growth). The PA made comments about how we are worried for nothing/he will grow out of it/inserts won't do much. Passive, ok fine. Where I get upset is the PA told my husband that we did not have my sons hands worked on in Gainesville by a particular doctor: a doctor who has since retired but was a part of an ortho team... read more
