Lovely homes, nice floor plans, but construction isn’t that good -
DO NOT BUY A RYAN HOME!!! Just after 1 month of living in my brand new Ryan Home in stream valley, I experienced MOLD, soot infiltration, and HVAC issues. Not to mention hundreds of cosmetic issues. Including rippling in my ceilings. They tried remediating most of the issues, never found a point of origin of the soot, no one wants to take responsibility. They built my home with moldy lumber. There was a total of $56,000 worth of expenses I paid but they are refusing to pay me anything over $25,000 and told me I should be gra... read more
