Our experience with Ryan Homes and Legacy of Poquoson were largely positive. Our purchase experience was seamless, and the house was built to our liking. We love the growing community here. Families take walks together and children play. It’s safe and orderly. There’s even a path going directly to the library. Definitely a small town feel with many big city amenities. We are looking forward to using the community pool this summer!
We have had the pleasure of working with Whitney as our Sales Rep. She has been absolutely amazing while assisting our family through the entire process step by step. With a quick answer to every question and concern - it has made the process a lot easier. I highly recommend working with Whitney, she has made working with Ryan Homes very seamless.
We appreciated our collaboration with the sales team, and the service team has also been commendable. However, the substandard construction of the houses is not their responsibility.
