Dr Dunlay was professional and courteous. He listened to my concerns about the pain I was having and explained what he was going to do. ORA as a whole was great.

Doc must’ve been in a mood bc he was in the room to do the job. He introduced himself and his team, said what needed to be said about the hurt limb and left. Felt like we were on an assembly line and then onto the next patient.

This was a great visit. The appointment was on time, the staff was pleasant, and Dr Dunlay’s treatment was very effective. He is familiar with my issue, discussed options, and endorsed more conservative measures. I will readily return, if needed, for further care. Thank you.

The nurses were nice, the NP was fantastic, the 1-2 minutes with Dr Dunlay- not so impressive. He didn’t even introduce himself. It felt like he couldn’t get out of the room fast enough. Thankful for other options.

Appointments were running 30 minutes late, and then another 10 minute wait in the room. Dr. Dunlay seemed very rushed in his explanation of my MRI results, and his recommendation. He gave me a cortisone shot and rushed out of the room. I didn't find him very personable, but maybe that would have been different if he wasn't rushing? His nurse, however, was amazing.

I was diagnosed with a rotator cuff tear. Dr. Dunlay explained to me in detail what needed to be done. I had my surgery early July everything went very well (my surgery was out patient). I had no issues at all and I had minimal pain. Physical therapy is going wonderfully a couldn’t have been in better hands. Thank you Dr. Dunlay

What I want in a surgeon is honesty about expectations (pain, and intense pt.). I really don’t care about bedside manner as much as I care about skills and rate of infection. He can’t answer a question that isn’t asked folks! He takes pre and post op seriously! The staff scheduled all the appointments for my knee replacement. He was the ONLY surgeon who offered to help me, (always had the wait until your 50) and he was realistic about the recovery! I’m thankful for him and his team!
