I have nothing bad to say about RX Comfort. I got a quote same day, and 4 days later I am sitting in the comfort of central air. The two techs that came out to install today were incredibly kind and thorough, walking me through what I should expect in terms of maintenance. The real kicker for me: I had to leave for an appointment and arrived after they had left upon installing the unit. I had a great experience with Cayden! He was polite, professional, and quick! He went above and beyond, too. He noticed the railing on my stairs was torn out of the wall and even offered to screw it back into place. I hadn’t gotten around to doing it, and he got it taken care of in a few minutes. This experience solidified that RxComfort will be my go-to moving forward!
Caiden and Kyle did an awesome job installing my new AC unit from RX comfort heating and air conditioning. Even went above and beyond retaping my dryer vent I didn't notice got disconnected. They both were very professional and easy to talk to. Kyle was super informative on how everything operates and gave me some knowledge on the installation. Would definitely recommend them and reuse them in the future.
I hate the fact I had an a/c installed by them and they replaced the condenser in the furnace as well but after one winter there was a sensor that was bad the young guy they sent just dipped it in hot water and said it was fixed and charged me . Every year I've had to pull this apart and do that and that's bull crap. It was a brand new unit they installed a faulty part why should I have to pay them more!
