The first time we walked into the RV Outlet Arissa met us with a smile. This was our first time looking for an RV for our family. She was extremely helpful and did not pressure us or hover over us while we looked. For the next month and a half she would email us different RVs she thought we would be interested in and kept in contact with us. We found one that we loved and she and Stan made the process so easy! Although we did not purchase a new rv, I would like to share the wonderful experiences we hsve had with Jackie the parts manger. We are snow birds and a long way from home. I do most of my own maintenance on our rv. I have always found Jackie and her staff very knowledgeable, fair and always willing to help. Thank You.
