Great place to buy online, Best price, no hidden charges.
Actually tell you the used rv you are buying is trash. 20k for a unit and the day you pick it up you find 2 slide out floors are rotten and now things are breaking after 4 months. Never buy there again
We love our new Cyclone and EVERYTHING about Rv Outlet USA! Tracy Wiles was friendly, laid-back and really CARED about us! Everyone that works there is so nice! I will be back! Keep an eye out for a Motorhome/Toyhauler for us!
I am very disappointed in the service dept. We bought a brand new camper in July and in November a set of lights stopped working! We just got it back supposedly fixed and we turned it on, the lights went out again! On top of that, when we got home, the bedroom window was left open and the ceiling fan in the bathroom! It rained in the bathroom and the floor was wet! Also, a piece of molding that was suppose to be fixed was not! How is your service dept run and by who? I think it needs to be evaluated! Where do I start...... advertised the best price on line. SHOCKER. THE SOLD IT TO ME OUT THE DOOR FOR THE ADVERTISED PRICE. It was time consuming. spent one hour on lot. Our salesman Scott answered all of our questions on the unit. I asked for a quote on 4 slide toppers installed. I'm on line trying to find cheaper and in 2 hours have had no luck. Their price installed is cheaper then I can find just the parts. Picking up hertiage glen 356qb next Friday. THANKS GUYS. IT DOESNT GET ANY EASIER!!!!!!!
