I was greeted from my salesperson, Arrissa as soon as I pulled into the drive. Her hospitality as soon as I got out of my truck had wowed me instantly. The entire process of buying a new camper seemed effortless because of how dedicated she was to taking care of me. all the service workers were also extremely helpful and very friendly and pleasant to be around. I am SOO glad I did my shopping around and did not buy from camper world and bought from Arrissa @ rv outlet!
Tyler is great to talk to. He takes the time to listen and shows you what you are looking for. Not like some dealers show you what they thing you should like. Very nice and pleasent young man.

Their service dept sucks . Can’t get anything right. And can’t even get warranty work on a product I bought from them .that had broken 3 times .just a bad experience I have spent a lot of money with them but no more we will find a new place to buy our camping items . Stay away from this place
Our new camper wasn't cleaned inside or out when we got there. Waited most of the day for things to get done awning was not right had to wait on it to be fixed. Justin our salesman didn't follow through. Called us to see if we were going to be on time which we were an nothing was ready on his end.
The good: Ryan the salesman was great, really helpful and very noce helping us every step of the way, he took us to see the TV about 3-4 times, one time in the rain! He’s was awesome! The finance guy Stan was also great! Both were super helpful and not pushy At all! Which was nice! Now we purchased the 18 Forest River Vibe 307BHS. Such a great setup and unit! Beautiful!
