Made an offer on 2020 Grand Design...this unit had to have a whole new roof put on because of damage. Dealer wouldn’t hold unit with a 1,000 dollar deposit......wanted 10,000 dollar deposit on a unit that has been damaged and put back together......ASK TO SEE RECONSTRUCTION RECORDS ON THIS UNIT BEFORE BUYING....🤨👎

I do not recommend this place. For starters, they tried to charge me for damage that happened on the lot. Next, this was a cash deal and still no wiggling on the price. They agreed to fix the damage, but it took a month to do it. Mighty funny that it got fixed the day after I went up there to find out the hold up. Here's the icing.....7/31/2020, I found that they didn't even clean the black or grey water tank. I can promise you, you don't want me to explain the details of how I found out. On June 18th we picked up our Shadow Cruiser! Until the 17th, I had dealt with Ryan exclusively over the telephone and Internet. Ryan was knowledgeable, honest, and very helpful. When we finally met in person, he was warm and welcoming. Everyone that we met and dealt with at RV Outlet USA of NMB was friendly, helpful, and straightforward-always a plus for us! My husband, Herbert, and I thank you for making our purchase seamless and enjoyable. Two thumbs up to Ryan!👍👍

We just picked up our Passport today, and it was a super smooth process. Garret was awesome and upbeat. He made sure everything was just the way that we wanted it, and provided excellent customer service. Couldn't ask for a better experience. We were long time 5th wheel owners and for some dumb reason decided we wanted an A class.
