Sorry to say, not a good experience! This place is way overrated. Filet was over cooked, fish under cooked. Couple next to us arguing & swearing. Nobody said anything to them. Wine given to me dripping down the side of the glass. I'll stick to Steak houses that aren't chains from now on!
Food was very delicious & good portions, though a little pricey. Our server was stretched a little thin & even had tables outside, but he made up for it by bring drinks or bread frequently as he passed our table. Even decorated the table for my mother's birthday (with confetti glitter) & brought out a free desert (mini cheesecake with a candle for her to blow out) with the check. Overall great experience, friendly staff, delicious food. Just have to save up to afford to dine here, Lol.
Terrible food, soaked in butter. Awful service. Bathrooms were out of paper!
Have eaten at Ruth's in New York, Asheville, and in NPB; all were terrific. This was just an awful experience. My husband ordered his fillet medium; it was raw! He had to find our waitress to take it back; he was very polite, and she was apologetic. It was returned to him looking like a charcoal briquette. By this time, I had almost finished my meal. We went for Valentine's Day had a reservation I got the cowboy steak medium wife got the lamb chops well well done lamb chops came out and they were Raw my steak came out it was raw manager came out said they were going to make new ones waited 25 minutes for new ones lamb chops came out right the second time my cowboy ribeye came out again Raw took it back the third time waited another 20 minutes finally came back medium we usually have no problem but for Valentine's Day we were not happy at all.
Have a very good time enjoyed the atmosphere will be back
Service was great. Food was average. Ambiance was outdated. Not impressed though.
