I've never had a bad experience at a Ruth's Chris, and I eat there a lot considering my brother is a GM for Cincinnati. Last nights experience was especially good. Even though our server was new there, he was certainly not green. He had a lot of suggesting and explaining to do with our guest who had never eaten there before and he was above and beyond educated in the menu.
What outstanding service!!! The food was delicious! We highly recommend!!
A friend and I came for dinner Wednesday for a celebration of my move to WPB. Our waiter, Steve, was AWESOME. He was super nice and very personable. My filet came out quite underdone & Steve took care of it right away with no issues. My friends meal was perfect. At the end I was surprised with dessert for the celebration. I will be back and I will be asking for Steve again. Always have great experiences at Ruth's Chris locations!
Best steak I've ever eaten and the lobster Mac and cheese was phenomenal
Went there for dinner before the show Saturday. Out waiter Matthew & his team did a great job. We started with the stuffed mushroom appetizer-they were delicious. Our friends ordered the bisque that had just the right amount of sherry. We shared the tomato & mozzarella salad-which was a perfect sized portion to eat before our entree.
