The manager, Eric. S., is very rude and turned away a party of guests who were dressed just like others in the Resturant and those waiting to be seated.

Never been here and after seeing how you treated Marvin Sapp, I never plan to either. I'm totally disgusted with your establishment. Hope others also plan to boycott your place. Shame on you.

At "Ruth Chris" a restaurant that I have eaten in across this country on many occasions, turned 6 members of my party and I away because of our attire. You ought to be ashamed of yourself. While turning African Americans away...you would not be where you are without them! It's time out for being racist...the same person you deny...will be the one that has to help you. Count on it'
Should definitely work on their customer service skills. Double standards will not get you great ratings or repeat customers.. Terribly disappointed.

I hope your management require intensive training on proper work ethic, protocol, and the depletion of ignorance. I always wanted to go here yet it looks as if I wouldn't get the experience. I hope a public apology is addressed not only to Mr. Sapp but to your urban customers as well. Your restaurant should be a great representation of Chicago. FAILED! To be honest one star should not be considered.

It was flagrant, igrecious and definitely unacceptable the decision and action shown to Bishop @marvinsapp and his party of six on Saturday, May 30, 2015 turning them away by Ruth Chris and refusing to serve. This issue needs immediate and prompt attention and rectifying!
