Well the plate here when they bring them to you they are 500° hot don't touch. Or your night is ruin off to the ER 3rd degree burn. WOW!!!!!
I will NEVER spend another penny in this horrible establishment. I'll go down the street from now on to Mastro's.
On vacation, we were dressed very casual. We felt very welcome and were treated well. The food and service were incredible. Thank you for the anniversary dessert and the best steak I have ever had!!

Very disappointed in the poor customer service that Dr. Marvin Sapp and his guest received at the Chicago location. I will no longer patronize this establishment
Ok I just read the posts as well and it seems to be that the Chicago location forces the dress code and the other locations across the country does not. Mr. Sapp says he has been to Ruth's and Chris across the country. I am sure he is aware of the dress code and would have never showed up dressed inappropriate. Like the guy who wrote a post says "when does Ruth's and Chris have a dress code? I ONLY GAVE ONE STAR TO COMMENT, YOU GUYS DO NOT DESERVE IT AT ALL! MY PARTNER AND I WENT THROUGH THE SAME CRAP A FEW YEARS AGO AND Will NEVER TRY AGAIN! SO ITS NOT SUPRISING THAT YOU DISGUSTING PEOPL ARE STILL TREATING HUMANS THIS WAY! IF IF WAS UP TO ME YOU WOULD NEVER MAKE ANOTHER PENNY!
