Title II of the Public Accommodations Act Prohibits inequality in restaurants & other establishments. Since others write that they have experienced discrimination, please retrain your staff because there seems to be a pattern of discrimination.
Love the food ,and Mr. Sapp being all up in arms should have known about the dress code before hand.
In my opinion refusing to serve Marvin Sapp and his party due to attire was not the smartest choice. If the attire of "other" patrons was similar , I would like to know how do you say "no"for one and "yes" for the other?
