One of the worse dining experience of my life! I definitely will not be back!!!! Although the food was good, the waiter was inattentive and the Management was to focused on the shirt I was wearing rather than focusing on the terrible service.
The only reason we decided to go to Ruth's Chris in Chicago was because we had a bad experience in Maui and received a gift card. We arrived at few minutes early for our reservation, but we're seated right away. Our server Justin came over within a few minutes and suggested cocktails. After bringing us our drinks he made a few suggestions for dinner. We both decided on the surf and turf. We both got two lobster tails and a 6 oz filet. A huge thank you to Jon, our waiter, for being so kind, experienced, and knowledgeable! A great atmosphere and quality customer service are a few reasons we'll be back again (on top of the food of course).
Loved the lobster tails with ribeye. Lobster macaroni was awesome. Waitstaff was attentive, but busboys were rude and assumed I was done with my meal. Valet was somewhat slow, but price made up for the slow return of my vehicle.
The experience was very great. The food was worth every dime of the money. I will be going back once a month and having a dinner catered for at least 10 thank you Ruth Chris Steakhouse Mr.&Mrs. Wyre loved it.
We spent $500.00 and the extra food, we had to take home in a plastic bag you get at the dollar store! :( GET your inventory up!
