I love everything about Ruth's Chris steak house every time I go I enjoy the food but this Sunday I order something different a ribeye and it was kinda burnt I don't know if it's because I ordered to go or what but they still my number 1 restaurant
One of the best restaurants, excelent food and service
Great atmosphere! The service wasn't what you'd expect for such a great spot, however. As for our meal, the steak was phenomenal, but the sea bass fell short. We'll be back for another steak at some point.
We had an amazing dinner celebrating our 8 year anniversary. Our waiter Sam was fantastic.
Awesome...Chef Sergio is the best...he brings his Argentinean flare to Chicago and kicks ass...you want a great steak....then get your butt over here and enjoy...
The food was great. The service was terrible. We had reservations and we were seated 40 minutes late. Then the waiter did not come to our table for at least 15 minutes. We ordered 2 sides with our steaks and they did not come untill after we finished our steak. The waiter never came around for drink refills.
The best steaks around. Justin was a great server. Even gave me some balsamic vinaigrette to take home...my favorite.
My first time was last night and the food was outstanding. I also appreciated the complimentary wine and shrimp while we waited for our table. Ruth Chris know how to treat their customers. Just wondering why it has taken me this long to visit. I'll be back.
Ruth Chris is a good restaurant and the service by our waiter Brian was wonderful. It's been a few months since I've visited and it seems a lot has changed. It used to be "the place to dine"! However I felt the food was just okay...the steaks no longer sizzle in butter on the big hot plate, it came on a small plate instead.
